介绍了某小型生活污水站板框污泥脱水系统的设计和改造实例。在原有系统中,给料泵设计选用额定工作压力为0.6 MPa的螺杆泵,实际运行发现,螺杆泵后所设回流阀门手动调节困难,造成螺杆泵实际提供的压泥压力在(0.5±0.2)MPa范围内剧烈变化,压力不足且不稳定,压泥时间即使长达20 h,板框压滤机的滤室内仍为泥渣混合物,不能形成泥饼,含水率在90%左右。通过改造,选用出口压力高且稳定的隔膜泵作为给料泵,当隔膜泵出口压力为0.6 MPa、压泥时间为10 h时,泥饼含水率达到73%,板框压滤机压泥效果较好。
The design and renovation of plate and frame filter press sludge dewatering system in afull-scale domestic sewage treatment station were introduced. Screw pump with a rated working pressureof 0.6 MPa was used as the charge pump in the original system. The pressure supplied by the screwpump was varied in the range of (0.5 ± 0.2 ) MPa and was lower than the minimum required due to diffi-culty in manual control of the backflow valve. The plate and frame filter press could not produce filtercake, even if the press time was 20 hours, the mixture of sludge and sediment with water content of about90% was still remained. After the renovation, the screw pump was replaced by diaphragm pump withhigh and steady outlet pressure. The filter cake with moisture content of 73% was successfully producedwhen the outlet pressure of diaphragm
