基于文献计量学电针治疗神经根型颈椎病腧穴谱研究

Study on Electric Acupuncture to Therapy the Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type's Acupoints of Spectrum Based on the Literature Metrology

目的:总结国内电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床对照试验的腧穴谱。方法:计算机检索CNKI、CBM、VIP和万方数据库,查找所有有关电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床对照试验。由两位评价者进行筛选,将符合标准的文献信息录入《电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床试验信息采集表》,归纳与分析文献中的腧穴运用情况。结果:纳入56篇,频次排名前五的穴位和经脉分别为颈夹脊(51)、曲池(33)、外关(29)、合谷(28)、肩井(25)和小肠经(13)、膀胱经(8)、大肠经(7)、督脉(6)、三焦经(5)。结论:电针治疗神经根型颈椎病腧穴中,手太阳小肠经、手阳明大肠经和手少阴心经是治疗本病腧穴占所在经脉腧穴比例最高的3条经脉,3条经脉均经过颈前部,其中以曲池、合谷、后溪、内关和华佗夹脊穴为主要穴位。

Objective：Summary of domestic electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type controlled clinical trials of spectrum. Methods：The computer retrieval CBM,VIP,CNKI and WF,find all the relevant electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of controlled clinical trials. Filtered by two evaluators,will conform to the standard of literature information into the electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type information collection table of clinical trials,induction and analysis using acupoints of literature. Results：Data were extracted from 56 studies,frequency of acupuncture point and meridians of the top five were Jiaji（51）,Quchi（33）,Waiguan（29）,Hegu（28）,Jianjing（25）and small intestine meridian of hand-Taiyang（13）,bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang（8）,large intestine meridian of hand-Taiyang（7）,governor meridian（6）,triple energizer meridian of hand-Shaoyang（5）. Conclusion：Electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of acupoints,the small intestine meridian of hand-Taiyang,large intestine meridian of hand-Taiyang and heart meridian of hand-Shaoyin is to treat the disease of the meridians acupoints in the highest proportion of three meridians and acupoints in three meridians have been located,with Quchi,Hegu,Houxi,Neiguan,and Huatuo Jiaji as the main point.
