中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

肺癌已成为严重危害人类健康的疾病,该文阐述了非小细胞肺癌的病因病机,综述了中医药治疗在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的作用机制研究进展,认为中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌在诱导细胞凋亡、提高机体免疫功能、改善血液高凝状态、抑制肿瘤血管生成等方面具有优势。但目前仍缺乏真正符合非小细胞肺癌的中医药证治规律的研究方法和技术。以期随着研究的不断深入,中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌将得到进一步发展。

Lung cancer has become a serious threat to the human health. This paper mainly focus on the etiology and pathogenesis of the non-small cell lung cancer,summarized on the research progress of the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer treated by Chinese medicine. This paper reckon that the Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer cell takes advantages in induced cell death,improving immune function and blood hypercoagulable state and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. But there is a lack of really qualified methods and techniques for the law of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the non-small cell lung cancer. With the deepening of the research,TCM treatment of non-small cell lung cancer will be further developed.
