中药超声电导治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Assisted with Ultrasound Conductance in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药超声电导治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,探索中药治疗骨关节炎的新途径。方法:随机选取2015年5月—2015年10月我科门诊治疗的风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用中药超声电导治疗膝骨关节炎,对照组30例采用中药超声电导方纱布热敷,观察两组治疗前、后症状和体征的评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组在症状改善和临床疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药超声电导治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,患者无痛苦及不良反应发生,是治疗膝风寒湿痹证的一种简单、有效的方法,为临床治疗开拓了新的思路。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicineassisted with ultrasound conductance in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and to explore a new way of Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods：Selected from our department in recent years in the treatment of 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group of 30 patients using traditional Chinese medicine assisted with ultrasound conductance treatment,control group of 30 patients with the above traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,observe the two groups before and after treatment of signs and symptoms score and clinical effect. Results：Treatment group in improving symptoms and clinical effect is superior to the control group. Conclusion：Chinese medicine assisted with ultrasound conductance is more effective,simple,and open up a new way for clinical treatment.
