辽宁省生物医药产业技术创新能力评价分析

Analysis and Assessment of Liaoning Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Innovation Ability

目的:建立适用于生物医药产业技术创新能力评价的指标体系,为评价辽宁省生物医药产业技术创新能力的情况提供参考。方法:选取2013年全国31个省区生物医药制造业相关数据为研究样本,采用主成分分析方法,对技术创新投入能力、技术创新生产能力、技术创新产出能力3个一级指标(包含12个二级指标)进行因子分析并排序。结果与结论:辽宁省生物医药产业技术创新能力处于全国中等偏下水平,辽宁省应从技术创新能力建设入手,提高生物医药产业竞争力。

Objective：To build an index system which is suitable to assess Liaoning biopharmaceutical industry innovation ability,which also provides reference to the assessment. Methods：Picking out 31 provinces and districts＇ data,which related to bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in year 2013 as researching samples？ Using main ingredient analyzing method,analyzing and sorting three first class index（including 12 second class index）：the ability of inputting technique innovation,the ability of producing technique innovation,the ability of manufacturing technique innovation. Results and Conclusion：The technique innovating ability of Liaoning bio-pharmaceutical industry is below the medium level of nationwide,Liaoning province should put the start at building the technique innovating ability,improving the competitive strength of bio-pharmaceutical industry.
