基于多主体仿真的wiki技术对组织学习影响的研究

摘要 通过引入wiki技术的特点,扩展现有的组织探索与利用多主体仿真模型,研究wiki技术的使用与组织学习的关系。仿真实验结果表明,较低的个体学习速率和较高的人际学习速率均能提高wiki的组织表现;环境扰动对wiki的组织表现具有负面作用,适度的人员流动对wiki的组织表现具有积极作用,而组织学习速率对wiki组织表现的影响则不明显。 By introducing the characteristics of wiki, this paper expands the computational models of exploration and ex- ploitation, exploring the effects of wild on exploration and exploitation in organizational learning. It is found that, lower in- dividual learning rates and higher interpersonal learning rates are both helpful to the performance of wiki in the organization. Environmental turbulence has negative influences on wiki' s performance in organization learning. Moderate personnel turn- over has positive effects on the performance of wiki, while code learning rates have no obvious effect on wiki' s performance.
