松果菊苷药理学作用的新进展

松果菊苷又名紫锥花苷、海胆苷英,是一种从管花肉苁蓉茎中分离出来的天然化合物。现代医学研究表明松果菊是由亲水性多糖苷组成的苯丙素和苯乙醇糖苷连接到一个三糖的部分所组成,其主要的化学成分是苯乙醇苷。松果菊苷具有许多的生物学效应,如神经保护作用、肝脏的保护作用、抗肿瘤、抗凋亡、抗衰老、免疫调节和促进生殖的作用,同时还有降糖、降脂、促进骨形成以及抗肺动脉高压以及预防动脉粥样硬化的作用,本文就最近几年松果菊苷的药理学作用及其吸收代谢方面的研究进展加以阐述。

Echinacoside also known as Echinacea glycosides,echinopluteus Ying,is a natural compound isolated from the stem of Cistanche tubulosa.Modern medical research has indicated that the pineal gland is composed of a hydrophilic polysaccharide and a part of the three sugars.The main chemical components of the Echinacoside has many biological effects,such as neuroprotective effect,liver protective effect,anti-tumor,anti apoptosis,anti-aging,immune regulation and promotion of reproductive role,as well as hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,promote bone formation and anti-pulmonary hypertension,prevention from atherosclerosis.In this paper,the pharmacological action of the recent years study of echinacoside and its mechanism and the absorption and metabolism of aspects elaborate.
