云南松松塔提取物对免疫抑制和正常小鼠血常规的影响

Effects of Blood Routine in Immunosuppressed and Normal Mice from Pinecone Extract of Pinus yunnanenis Fr.

目的:研究云南松松塔提取物对免疫抑制和正常小鼠血常规的影响情况。方法:通过给予除正常组外的其余各组小鼠连续腹腔注射CTX,连续给药3天建立免疫抑制动物模型,灌胃给予松塔提取物进行治疗,采用眼球采血法,应用XFA6130全自动动物血液细胞分析仪进行相关指标的测定。结果:云南松松塔提取物能够显著升高CTX致免疫力低下模型小鼠体内WBC、LY、GR、HCT和MCV水平(P<0.05),同时在高剂量时可显著降低平均血球血红蛋白浓度(P<0.01);高剂量云南松松塔提取物能显著增加正常小鼠WBC和GR数量,而中、低剂量云南松松塔提取物对正常小鼠血常规各项指标无显著影响。结论:云南松松塔提取物能使免疫力低下模型小鼠免疫力增强,同时对正常机体各项血常规指标无显著影响。

Objective：To study the effects on the blood routine of immunosuppressed and normal mice with extract（YN-DEF） from pinecone of pinus yunnanensis Ft. Methods ： By giving every group except normal sequential intraperitoneal injection of cyclopbos-phamide, for 3 consecutive days to establish the immune-suppressing animal models, then treated by intragastric administration with the Pine cone extracts of pinus yunnanensis Ft. , eyeball blood collection, CA-500 automatic blood Analyzer for determination. Results：Test dates indicate that Pine cone extracts of pinus yunnanensis Ft. can significantly increase the quantity of WBC, LY, GR, HCT, MCV（P〈0.05）in mice of immunosuppressed by cyclophosphamide. While high doses can reduce average blood haemoglobin concentration （P〈0.01）. For normal mice, high does group of Pinecone extracts of pinus yunnanensis Ft. can significantly increase the quantity of WBC and GR; While Middle and low doses group, no significant effect on blood routine indexes in normal mice. Conclusion：The extract from pinecone of pinus yunnanensis Ft. can enhance immunity of mice with low immunity,while no significant effect on blood routine indexes in normal body.
