西红花苷对人胚肾细胞293延迟整流钾电流的作用研究

摘要 目的:研究西红花苷对人胚肾细胞(human embryonic kidney 293cell,HEK293)上表达的延迟整流钾电流的作用。方法:运用脂质体转染法,将人心肌细胞上的延迟整流钾电流通道蛋白基因转染到HEK293细胞上,采用穿孔膜片钳法记录西红花苷对快激活延迟整流钾电流(The rapidly activating delayed rectifier potassium current,IKr)和慢激活延迟整流钾电流(The slowly activating delayed rectifier potassium current,IKs)的影响。结果:西红花苷对表达在HEK293上的IKr和IKs均无明显作用。结论:西红花苷不影响延迟整流钾电流,临床使用不易诱发QT间期延长和心律失常。
