摘要 目的:优化柴胡一佛手挥发油的提取工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柴胡一佛手挥发油,以挥发油得率为指标,对粒度、浸泡时间、提取时间和料液比进行考察,采用单因素及L9(3^4)正交试验设计优化提取工艺。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取柴胡一佛手挥发油的最佳工艺条件为粒度60目、浸泡时间30min、提取时间7h和料液比为10倍量。结论:采用单因素及L9(3^4)正交试验设计优化水蒸气蒸馏法提取柴胡一佛手挥发油工艺,稳定可行、重现性好,为柴胡佛手挥发油的工业化提取及生产提供了理论依据。 Objective:to optimize Bupleurum chinenseDC, and Citrus medica L. var. Sarcodactylis volatile oil extraction technology. Methods:using steam distillation extraction of radix bupleuri, bergamot essential oil, volatile oil yield as the index, the particle size, soaking time,extracting time and solid-liquid ratio, using the single factor and 1.9 (34) orthogonal experiment design to optimize the extraction process. Results : the steam distillation extraction of Bupleururn chinense DC. and Citrus" medica L. vat. Sarcodactylis oil granularity of optimum process conditions are 60 mu, soaking time 30 min, extraction time 7 h and solid-liquid ratio of 10 times the volume. Conclusion: using single factor and L9 (34) orthogonal experiment design optimization of steam distillation extraction of Bupleurum chinense DC. and Citrus medica L. var. Sarcodactylis essential oil process, the stability is feasible and reproducible, for the extraction of volatile oil of Bupleurum chinense DC. and Citrus medica L. vat. Sarcodactylis industrialization and provide theoretical basis for production.
