针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征用穴规律研究

Research on the Acupoint Law of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的:分析文献中关于针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的用穴,并探究其用穴规律。方法:检索近5年针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的相关文献,应用EXCEL对文献中所涉及的穴位分别进行频次、与十四经的关联所属和分布部位的分析整理。结果:纳入文献72篇,共涉及62个穴位,分析发现所选腧穴使用频率最高的前三位依次是关元(63次)、三阴交(43次)、气海(41次)。穴位与十四条经脉关联所属最密切的三条经脉依次是任脉(189次)、足阳明胃经(143次)、足太阴脾经(89次)。按不同部位穴位分布的频率排序前三位分别是下腹部(273次)、下肢(173次)、上腹部(67次)。结论:针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的核心穴位为关元,应用最多的经脉为任脉,穴位选取的主要部位为下腹部。

Objective:Analyze acupuncture points in the literature about Acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,analyzing and sorting those acupuncture points of the literature,and then to explore the regular of those acupuncture points.Methods:Retrieve literature on acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in nearly five years,Application of EXCEL analysis the frequency,Association and its subordinate with 14 meridians,distribution department of the acupuncture points in the literature about Acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Results:Bring into 72 published papers,and 62 Acupuncture points are involved,acupoints of frequency that located in the top 3 are cv4(63times),sp 6(43times),cv6(41times).The most closely association and its subordinate with 14 meridians are Ren channel(189 times),Stomach Channel of Foot-Yangming(143times),Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin(89 times).According to the frequency of the different parts of the acupoints distribution,and the top three are Lower abdomen(273 times),lower extremity(173 times),upper abdomen(67 times).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and the core of acupuncture points is cv4,Most closely related meridian is the ren meridian,the main part that the acupoint selection is Lower abdomen.
