理血汤加减治疗无症状性血尿30例临床观察

The Clinical observation of the Lixue Decoction in 30 Patients with Asymptomatic Hematuria

目的:观察理血汤加减治疗无症状性血尿的临床疗效。方法:将30例患无症状性血尿并经中医辨证属于气阴两虚证的患者,予口服中药汤剂理血汤加减治疗,连续治疗2个月后进行疗效判定。采用自身前后对照法观察治疗前后临床疗效以及中医证候积分变化,比较治疗前后尿隐血、离心尿镜检红细胞及尿红细胞畸形率等实验室指标。结果:理血汤加减治疗无症状性血尿的总有效率为83.33%,中医证候总有效率86.67%。治疗后与治疗前比较中医证候总积分减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后优于治疗前。尿隐血及离心尿镜检红细胞、尿红细胞畸形率指标治疗后比治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后优于治疗前。结论:理血汤加减能明显降低无症状性血尿患者的尿隐血及离心尿镜检红细胞水平,延缓病情进展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Lixue Decoction in the treatment of asymptomatic hematuria. Meth- ods：30 patients with asymptomatic hematuria and TCM Syndrome types are Qi and yin deficiency patients. Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment of oral Lixue decoction, After 2 months of continuous treatment, the curative effect was determined. By the self controlled observation before treatment and clinical curative effect after the treatment, and TCM syndrome integral change, compared before and after the treatment of urinary occult blood, laboratory index of centrifugal microscopic examination of urine red blood cells, red blood cells in urine malformation rate and other laboratory indicators. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment of asymptomatic hematuria was 83.33%, and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 86. 670/oo. Compared with traditional Chi- nese medicine syndrome before treatment, the total score decreased, the difference was statistically significant（P^0.05）, and it was better than before the treatment. Urine occult blood and centrifugal microscopic examination of urine red blood cell index after treat- ment than before treatment decreased, The difference was statistically significant （P^O. 05）, and after treatment was better than before treatment. Conclusion： Lixue Decoction can significantly improve asymptomatic hematuria patients with urine occult blood and centrifuged urin microscopic examination of red blood cells and red blood cells in urine malformation rate. Delay the progress of the disease, improve the quality of life of patients. Clinical worthy of popularization and application.
