摘要
简要介绍了中国石化茂名分公司化工分部1号裂解装置急冷系统的构成及其工艺流程,从物料、生产设备、生产工艺等方面分析了急冷系统急冷水乳化现象发生的原因。指出了急冷水乳化现象对于该生产装置的影响,并且针对急冷水乳化现象发生的不同原因提出了相应的处理对策。
This paper briefly introduces the composition and corresponding process flow of the quench system in the No. 1Pyrolysis Unit of the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Maoming Company, and analyzes the reasons for the emulsification of quench water in the quench system from the aspects of material,production equipment and technological process. The influence of quench water emulsification on the unit is pointed out, and corresponding solutions are put forward for different emulsification reasons.
