摘要 对比了乙烯装置各台裂解炉在投用混合原料或单一原料时,在运行初期和末期.以及裂解加氢裂化尾油或石脑油时各周期的能耗(超高压蒸汽产汽量、燃料消耗量)和产品收率的变化.通过分析。对裂解炉优化运行提出了几点建议:一是避免裂解原料混合裂解;二是可相应延长石脑油或轻烃进料裂解炉运行时间;三是在切为加氢裂化尾油运行前,投用石脑油15~20d。 The energy consumption,including super-high-pressure steam production and fuel consumption, and product yield of ethylene cracking furnaces while using mixed feedstock or single feedstock,at the SOR and EOR,and using HVGO or naphtha as the feed were compared. Based on the analysis,some suggestions are put forward for optimizing the operation of cracking furnace including avoiding the mixed pyrolysis of cracking feedstock,prolonging the runtime of cracking furnace using naphtha or light hydrocarbons as the feed,and using naphtha as the feed for 15 to20 days before using HVGO.
