摘要
某地铁车辆铝合金厚板折弯件在加工过程中批量出现了裂纹。为了寻找裂纹产生的原因,采用大型有限元分析软件Abaqus对该折弯件进行了仿真分析。结果表明,裂纹产生的主要原因是折弯件的结构存在问题,造成其局部剪应力过大,导致金属板局部撕裂。
Cracking appears in batch in the processing of aluminum alloy parts bended with thick plate for certain type of metro vehicles.Simulation analysis is made for the bended parts with the large finite element software Abaqus in order to find the cause to the cracking.The result shows that the main cause to the cracking is the structure of the parts,causing too much shear stress in local parts,thus,local cracking in the metal plate appeared.
