Development of the Snow Melting and Clearing Device for the Rail Side Detector in the SCTHRCH-1 Trace Hot Box Detection System

车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)是保证车辆安全运行的重要检测设备,但在用设备均未考虑冬季防雪、除雪问题。文章介绍的SCTHRCH—1型车辆轴温智能探测系统轨边探测器融雪除雪装置,采取热融、吹扫结合的方式,很好地解决了THDS设备冬季除雪的问题。

Track Hotbox Detection System(THDS)is an important detection device to ensure the safe operation of vehicles.However,the snow prevention and snow clearing are not considered in the operating device at present.In this paper,the snow melting and clearing device for the rail side detector in the SCTHRCH-1 THDS is described,and the hot melting combined with blowing and sweeping is applied,so that the snow clearing in winter is solved in THDS device.
