动车组横向油压减振器检修周期延长可行性研究

Feasibility Research on Prolonging Inspection and Repair Cycle of Lateral Oil Dampers on Multiple Units

横向油压减振器是铁道车辆走行部的重要组成部分,为延长横向油压减振器的检修周期,对其进行了可行性研究。根据现有的减振器检修经验,从新品到运用过程对横向油压减振器阻尼力衰减情况进行了长期跟踪监测,监测结果显示:运行120万km的横向油压减振器与新品相比,其最大衰减率为1%左右,证实横向油压减振器检修周期延长是可行的。

The lateral oil damper is an important part in the running gears of rolling stock.The feasibility research is made in order to prolong the inspection and repair cycle of lateral oil dampers.On the basis of the existing experience in inspection and repair of dampers,the long-term tracking and monitoring are made on the attenuation of damping of the lateral oil damper from new products to the operation process.The monitoring result shows that the maximum attenuation rate of the lateral oil damper after1.2million km operation is about 1%comparing with new products,thus,prolonging inspection and repair cycle of lateral oil dampers is proved to be feasible.
