单、双钢板内固定治疗40例老年股骨髁骨折的疗效对比 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨单、双钢板治疗老年股骨髁骨折的临床疗效。方法笔者自2009-09-2014—04采用单、双钢板内固定治疗老年股骨髁骨折40例。结果40例均获得随访16—20(18.42±2.51)个月,切口均一期愈合。无感染、钢板外露现象。HSS评分:A型骨折外侧单钢板固定(83.67±5.54)分,双钢板固定(88.50±3.20)分,A型骨折双钢板固定HSS评分高于外侧单钢板,差异有统计学意义(t=2.712,P=0.010)。单钢板固定膝关节活动度(103.67±18.37)°,双钢板固定膝关节活动度(107.71±12.56)°,差异无统计学意义(t=2.429,P=0.021)。HSS评分:C型骨折单钢板内固定(76.50±3.07)分,双钢板固定(82.08±5.78)分。双钢板固定HSS评分高于外侧单钢板,差异有统计学意义(t=2.980,P=0.005)。单钢板内固定膝关节活动度(97.88±13.04)°,双钢板内固定膝关节活动度(109.67±11.16)°,差异有统计学意义(t=3.021,P=0.003)。结论双钢板治疗老年股骨髁A型和C型骨折与单钢板比较术后功能恢复好,能达到坚强固定、早期功能锻炼,临床效果确切。
