摘要 提出了一种基于异种网络融合的机舱监测报警系统,该系统采用双网冗余的设计理念和异种网络融合的设计方法,上层的主干网络为工业以太网,下层网络为双冗余的CAN现场总线网络和RS485总线网络。该系统提升了产品的可维性、提高了数据交互的实时性、增加了产品的个性化程度、提升了产品的更新换代速度。 This paper proposes a design of engine room monitoring and alarm system based on the heterogeneous integration network. The system uses double redundancy design concepts and the heterogeneous integration network. The upper control network uses industrial Ethernet while the lower protocol uses dual redundant CAN bus network and RS485 bus. The design enhances the maintainability of the product and improves the real-time of data exchange. It also increases personalization of the product and enhances the product replacement rate.
