摘要
根据粮库的储粮特点,综合运用无线传感器网络和远距离无线通信GPRS技术的基础上,设计了具有布线简单、功耗较低的粮库监测系统。该系统的无线传感器网络以CC2530芯片为核心,使用ZigBee技术建立无线传感器网络,用于采集粮堆温度和控制通风设备;设计基于DS18B20和PCF8563的采集节点,用于多点温度测量和节点的长周期休眠;使用GPRS-ZigBee网关进行远程数据传输,实现了无线传感器网络与远程监控中心的数据交互。该系统不仅温度检测准确、数据传输稳定,而且适用于粮库的智能化建设。
According to the characteristics of grain storage, this paper designs a grain monitor system combined with short-range and long-distance wireless communication technology and has the advantages of simple wiring, low power consumption. It builds wireless sensor network in CC2530 chips and ZigBee, and realizes the control of data collection and ventilation equipment. The grain temperature node based on DS18B20and PCF8563 to realize the multi-point temperature measurement and the long period of the dormancy. The GPRS-ZigBee gateway makes remote transmission of network data, achieves grain data interaction between the wireless sensor network and the remote monitor center. The system can accurately detect the temperature and stable data transmission, and is suitable for the construction of intelligent grain depot.
