儿童喉乳头状瘤组织中TLR4、NF-κB蛋白表达及相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究儿童喉乳头状瘤(larynx papilloma,LP),Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor4,TLR4)、核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)蛋白的表达及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测42例LP组织中TLR4和NF-κB蛋白的表达情况,分析两者表达的相关性。结果免疫组化结果显示42例儿童喉LP组织中TLR4阳性表达率为76.19%,明显高于声带息肉组(P<0.01)和正常黏膜组(P<0.01);42例LP组织中NF-κB阳性表达率为78.57%,显著高于儿童声带息肉组和正常喉黏膜组(P<0.01);对同一组织标本连续性切片观察发现TLR4与NF-κB蛋白表达的区域分布有呈明显重叠,进而采用Spearman双变量相关性分析显示喉乳头状瘤组织中TLR4与NF-κB蛋白表达水平呈高度正相关(r=0.623,P0.001)。结论 TLR4和NF-κB均在LP组织中高表达,可能在LP的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate correlation between the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB proteins in juvenile laryngeal papilloma. Methods The expression of TLR4 and NF-κB proteins were detected ith immunohisto chemial method in 42 cases of juvenile laryngeal papilloma,Analysis of the correlation of the expression. Results The positive rates of TLR4 protein in juvenile laryngeal papilloma were 76.19% and higher than that in polyp of vocal cord (P〈0. 01) and the normal laryngeal moeusa (P〈0. 01). And the NF-κB protein positive rate was 78.57%in juvenile laryngeal papilloma and higher than that in polyp of vocal cord and the normal laryngeal mucosa (P〈0. 01). On the same tissue samples continuity slice observation found that TLR4 and nf-kappa B protein expression of regional distribution has obvious overlap,Then use Spearman bivariate correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in juvenile laryngeal papilloma. Conclusion The abnormal expression of TLR4 and NF-κB may play important role in the pathogenesis of juvenile laryngeal papilloma.
