摘要
目前我国对PTA的需求量很大 ,国内供应量缺口较大 ,供需矛盾相当突出 ,各地争相投资建设PTA工厂 ,但PTA工厂建设具有资本密集、技术密集、管理要求高 ,投资建设风险较大。为此就建设PTA工厂的条件、环境保护、投资风险等进行探讨。
Because there is a great demand for PTA as raw material and a big lack in domestic production, the contradiction between supply and demand is especially noticeable. Therefore, the upsurge in constructing PTA plants is quite high at almost everywhere. However, the construction of PTA plant is technology intensive and capital intensive, and has the characteristics of strict management requirements and high investment risk. This paper discusses the conditions, environmental protection, and investment risk of PTA plant construction.
