我国医学类大学生抑郁患病率的系统评价

The Meta-analysis for Prevalence of Depression Among Medical College Students in China

系统评价我国医学类大学生抑郁患病情况,为开展相关防治和控制工作提供科学依据。通过系统检索CNKI、Wan Fang Data、VIP以及Pub Med Central、EBSCO-ASC+BSC、Science Direct、Springer数据库,收集历年收录的有关医学类大学生抑郁患病情况发生率的文献,采用Meta分析我国医学类大学生抑郁合并发生率,并进行亚组分析,且对文献进行发表偏倚和敏感性分析。共筛选出符合标准文献26篇,总样本量为16 219名大学生,抑郁患病率为30.0%[95%CI(25.0%,35.0%,P<0.01)]。亚组分析结果显示:我国医学类大学生轻度(23.27%)、中度(9.01%)、重度(1.78%)抑郁患病率呈梯度下降趋势;男性抑郁患病率(29.72%)略高于女性(28.62%);西部(35.52%)地区医学类大学生抑郁患病率最高,中部(30.18%)地区次之,东部(27.54%)地区最低。说明我国医学类大学生抑郁患病发生率较高,需进一步加强心理健康教育工作。

Using the method of Meta-analys is to evaluate the depression prevalence rate among medical college students in China , this paper provides scientific evidence for preventing and controlling work of depression prevalence . In this paper , the literatures of medical college students＇ depression prevalence in China are collected by searching CNKI , WanFang Data , VIP , PubMed Central , EBSCO-ASC＋BSC , ScienceDirect and Springer database . The incidence rates of complications of the medical school＇s students is estimated and analyzed by using Meta-analysis . To that end , the subgroup analysis and publication bias and sensitivity analysis of collected literatures are analyzed in this paper as well . The twenty-six qualified literatures are selected in a total sample size of 16219 , and the incidence of prevalence is 30% [ 95%CI（25 . 0%, 35 . 0%, P〈0 . 01）] . The result of subgroup analysis shows that the prevalence rate of mild（23 . 27%）, moderate（9 . 01%）and severe（1 . 78%）depression of medical college students in China shows a gradient descent trend;The prevalence of male （29 . 72%）is slightly higher than that of female （28 . 62%）. The prevalence of students in medical school in western China （35 . 52%）is the highest followed by that of central China（30 . 18%）, and eastern China（27 . 54%）enjoy-ing the lowest level . It can be proved that the depression prevalence rate among medical college stu-dents in China is high , and therefore it is crucial to further strengthen the work of mental health educa-tion .
