高校辅导员是履行高校学生工作职责的专业人员,承担着引领学生思想、管理学生事务、服务学生成长的重要职责。加强高校辅导员职业能力建设,意义深远。文章阐述了高校辅导员职业能力的内涵与要求,分析了辅导员职业能力建设存在的问题,有针对性地提出了加强辅导员职业能力建设的措施。

As professional staff dealing with affairs related to students, college counselors shoulder the responsibilities of guiding students＇ thoughts, governing students＇ affairs and serving students. Thus, it is of great importance to cultivate professional abilities of college counselors. This paper elaborates on meaning and requirement of their professional capabilities cultivation by analyzing existing problems, putting forward feasible solutions accordingly.
