摘要
二甲醚(DME)作为一种重要的清洁能源和环保产品,成为车用燃料和民用燃料替代柴油和液化石油气引起国内外的广泛关注,其需求量不断加大。甲醇气相法脱水制二甲醚是目前应用最为广泛的工艺。本文以甲醇为原料,氮气为载气,HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,在实验室固定床反应器上考察了催化剂硅铝比、反应温度、质量空速对甲醇转化率和二甲醚选择性的影响。
As an important clean energy and environmental products, Dimethyl ether(DME) attracts wide- spread attention at home and abroad, replacing diesel fuel and liquefied peteroleum gas as a vehicle fuel and civilian fuel, and its demand is also continue increasing. The process of Methanol vapor phase dehydration to Dimethyl Ether is the most widely used.In this paper,the effects of the ration of silicon and aluminum of catalyst, reaction temperature and mass space velocity on the conversion of methanol and the selectivity of DME are studied on the laboratory fixed bed reactor.In the react, methanol is raw materials, niteogen is the carrier gas and HZSM-5 is catalyst.
