交错并联在低压大电流开关电源中的应用

摘要 基于在隔离型低压大电流输出的DC/DC变换器中,存在着动态响应速率慢,热应力不均匀,纹波电流大的问题,在本文的48V输入,1.8V/100A输出的低压大电流开关电源设计中,后级采用了四相交错并联Buck结构,四相交错并联结构的应用,使得总的电流纹波小于各相的电流纹波,与传统结构的电路相比,此拓扑大大减小了纹波电流。并通过实验验证了该方案的有效性和优越性,电源效率可达到96.86%,纹波系数可减小到0.06%。 In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of Parallel Interleaving Buck are analyzed and synthe- sized. The Parallel Interleaving Buck have an advantage over fast dynamic effects, uniform thermal stress distribution and small current ripple. According to the experiments, the conclusion has been drawn that the Parallel Interleaving Buck is suitable for the Low - voltage High - current output DC - DC converter. The efficiency is 96.86% and the ripple coefficient is 0.06%.
