基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索与实践——以西安铁路职业技术学院通信技术专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Talents Training Mode on the Basis of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是对职业教育工学结合培养模式的深化。实施现代学徒制人才培养模式的途径是：建立校企共赢的保障机制；构建以就业为导向的专业培养方案；以顶岗实习推动校企双主体育人；将学徒制与职业资格体系相融合；校企共建师资队伍。最后，提出了深化现代学徒制人才培养模式的思路。

The apprenticeship mode is good to deepen the combination of learning and working pattern in the field of the vocational education. There are several methods to implement this model, such as, establishing the safeguard mechanism to make sure the win -win between university and enterprise;setting the career- oriented training program;promoting cultivating talent in university by composing the apprenticeship and the professional qualification system ; building high - quality teaching force by both university and enterprise. At the end of this paper, the author presents how to cultivate the modem talents under the apprenticeship system.
