高校辅导员信息素养的培育对策探究

On the Cultivation of Information Literacy of College Counselors

我国高校辅导员信息素养还存在一定的不足：高校辅导员的信息意识还很薄弱；信息知识的缺乏；信．g-能力的掌握不够；信息伦理道德的失范等，社会、高校等方面的外部原因和辅导员自身因素的内部原因是造成上述问题产生的主要因素。本文试图在分析和研究的基础上，提出了一些建设性建议和应对措施，能够有效提高辅导员的信息素养，提高思想政治教育的实效性，推动其职业化进程，进而影响大学生信息素养和综合水平的提高，促进其全面自由和谐发展。

There are some problems in China＇s colleges and universities counselor information literacy ：the informa- tion consciousness of college counselors is still very weak ; the lack of knowledge and information ; information ability is not enough;the anomie of information ethics. Those problems are caused by the society,universities and other external causes and ~counselor self factor of internal reasons. On the basis of analysis and study, this paper attempts to propose some constructive suggestions and measures, which can effectively improve the information literacy of the counselors,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, promote the process of professionaliza- tion,thereby affecting the improvement of c611ege students＇information literacy and comprehensive level, promote their comprehensive, free and harmonious development.
