滚筒洗衣机刚柔耦合隔振系统的动态特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对滚筒洗衣机的隔振研究采用实验方法难以得出连续激振频率下的动态响应,钣金件箱体的柔性变形对振动的影响不可忽略等问题,提出基于刚柔耦合方法的虚拟样机技术解决方案。首先,基于拉格朗日方程,解出隔振系统的运动微分方程;其次,采用ANSYS对箱体模型进行模态计算,将输出的模态中性文件进行刚柔耦合并在ADAMS/Vibration平台进行频谱响应仿真,得出弹簧刚度与阻尼系数在连续频域上对系统振动的影响,通过ADAMS/Durability计算,得出箱体结构的hot spots;最后,使用灵敏度的分析方法,经过连续迭代,得出优化振幅的变量选择依据。 In view of the difficulty of obtaining the dynamic response of drum washing machine vibration isolation system during continuous excitation frequency by experiment,and the great influence of flexibility deformation of sheet metal component box on vibration,the virtual prototype technology based on the rigid-flexible coupling method was put forward to solve these problems.Based on Lagrange method,the motion differential equation of vibration isolation system was first solved.Then,by using the finite element software ANSYS,the rigid-flexible coupling of the modal neutral files exported from the modal calculation of the box was established and the spectral response was simulated on ADAMS/Vibration platform.The impact of spring stiffness and damping coefficient on the vibration of the system was obtained through the continuous excitation frequency domain.At the same time,the hot spots of the box were obtained through the ADAMS/Durability calculation.Finally,with the use of sensitivity analysis method,the optimized amplitude variable selection basis was obtained after successive iteration calculation.
