摘要
本文将碳排放作为产出要素纳入江西农业生产效率的核算体系中,运用DEA模型测算了2005年~2014年江西省11个设区市的农业生产效率,比较分析各地区间的生产效率差异,结果表明:碳排放约束下的江西省农业生产综合效率均值为0.856,还存在一定的提升空间.其中纯技术效率已接近于最优值,而规模效率有较大的发展潜力,各地区间的生产效率存在差异.
This paper puts carbon emission as the output elements into the accounting system of Jiangxi Province agricultural production efficiency, using DEA model to measure 11 cities of Jiangxi province's agricultural production efficiency during 2005 year - 2014 year and then Comparative analysis the efficiency differences of each area. The result revealed that Considering carbon emission output elements of the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production in Jiangxi province is 0.856, there is some room for improvement. The pure technical efficiency are close to the optimal value, and scale efficiency has great development potential, range around the differences between the production efficiency, there is relatively significant differences in the agricultural production efficiency of all areas.
