摘要
本研究采集宿州某矿区土壤及周围农田土壤,测定土壤的理化性质,结合平板培养和Biolog微生物检测系统培养技术,分析土壤可培养土壤微生物菌群数、AWCD值、碳源代谢强度、微生物的丰富度指数等.结果表明,矿区矸石场微生物土壤中微生物菌群数最少;农田微生物的碳源代谢强度最大,三者对糖类、酯类利用率基本一致,农田土壤对胺类、酸类、醇类的利用率差异较显著;矿区生活区土壤微生物略小于农田土壤微生物的碳源代谢强度,但其趋势基本一致.
The soil around mine and farmland in Suzhou city were collected. Combined with plate culture and Biolog microbial detection system,the soil physical and chemical properties were measured. Soil microbial flora,AWCD value,carbon metabolism,microbial rich index were analysed. The results showed that the number microbial soil microbial flora of waste rock was the least,farmland microbial metabolism of carbon source intensity was the strongest. Carbon metabolic intensity of soil microbial biomass in mining area was slightly smaller than that of soil microbial biomass in farmland.
