摘要
信息时代的到来,产生翻转课堂新的教学模式.本文分析食品专业普通生物学教学现状,在进行翻转课堂教学模式探索与实践过程中,地方本科院校应结合自身特点进行本土化实践,利用网络精品课程资源加网络交流软件QQ,构建了普通生物学翻转课堂教学模式,并提出教学效果评价建议.
Flipped classroom as a new teaching mode was generated with the arrival of the information time.The general biology teaching situation of food specialty was analyzed in this paper. During the exploration and practice of the flipped classroom teaching mode,local colleges should combine their own characteristics to carry on the localization practice,the network quality course resources and the network communication software QQ were combined to use. The general biology flipped classroom teaching mode was constructed,and the teaching effect evaluation suggestions were put forward.
