摘要
由于外部性的存在,导致光伏建筑的发展受到制约,亟待政府制定相应的经济激励政策推动其发展。文章以此为出发点先论述了光伏建筑的概念,又针对光伏建筑所存在的外部性问题,运用经济学相关理论解释外部性的概念,并在此基础上阐述了光伏建筑具有正的外部性,研究了光伏建筑外部性表现形式,建立了光伏建筑外部性量化模型,并运用该模型对光伏建筑进行量化分析。研究表明光伏建筑具有很强的正外部性特征,需要实施一定的经济激励政策使外部性内部化,明确指出了光伏建筑经济激励政策需要达到的具体支持力度。本文研究成果为制定相关经济激励政策提供了必要依据。
Since the existence of externalities, that leading to the development of BIPV is restricted, the government needs to develop appropriate economic incentives to promote its development. The paper discusses the concept of solar architecture and the existence of BIPV external problems. Based on the analysis of the external of BIPV using related economic theories, a quantitative model of BIPV was established and the application of the model was also studied. The research finds that it has a strong positive externality between BIPV, and it's necessary to implement a series of economic incentive policies to internalize those externalities, what's more, the paper will provide some necessary basis for further relevant economic incentive policies.
