Determination of pyridine in drinking water by headspace gas chromatography with mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了一种顶空气相色谱-质谱联用测定饮用水中吡啶的方法。将水样放入顶空瓶中,加入无水碳酸钠维持碱性环境,在80℃下平衡30 min后进样。在优化的条件下,方法对吡啶具有良好的灵敏度,检出限为0.2μg/L,实际水样加标回收率在82.9%-104.4%范围内,RSD在1.4%-8.6%范围内。 A method of headspace gas chromatography with mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of pyridine in drinking water. The samples were put in headspace bottles with sodium carbonate for maintaining alkaline environment. Then the vapor was injected into gas chromatography after sample solutions equilibrating at 80 ℃for 30 min. The results showed that, the method had a good sensitivity and detection limit of 0.2 μg/L for pyridine under the optimized condition. The recoveries of actual samples were in the range of 82.9 - 104.4 % with relative standard deviation of 1.4 - 8.6 %. This method was convenient and quick with good repeatability, high sensitivity and selectivity, which can meet the requirement of rapid determination of pyridine in drinking water.
