离子色谱法测定乙二胺四乙酸二钠中氨基三乙酸 被引量:3

Determination of NTA in food additive disodium edentate by ion chromatography

摘要 建立了离子色谱检测食品添加剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)中的氨基三乙酸(NTA)的方法,采用KOH溶液为流动相,IonPac AS11-HC分析柱分离,电导检测器检测。在3个加标水平下,平均回收率范围为91.3%-100.1%,方法的检出限为0.1μg/m L。方法可用于EDTA-2Na中NTA含量的检测。 A method based on ion chromatography was established for determination of NTA in food additive disodium edentate. KOH solution was used as mobile phase, the analytical column was IonPac AS11 -HC, and conductivity detector was chosen. At three spiked levels, the average recoveries were in the range of 91.3% - 100.1%, and the limit of detection was 0.1 μg/mL. The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used to detect content of NTA in EDTA -2Na.
