摘要
目的探索建立经济适用的华支睾吸虫生活史微小生态环境的方法。方法修建一个容积约1 m^3的饲养池;在池底种植水草;池内饲养纹沼螺、麦穗鱼。将含有华支睾吸虫虫卵的猫粪沉渣施放入池,感染纹沼螺。结果收集池内的纹沼螺、麦穗鱼,检查结果显示纹沼螺感染华支睾吸虫尾蚴的阳性率分别为3.00%(3/100)、2.50%(2/80)。麦穗鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴的阳性率为96.67%(29/30)。结论该华支睾吸虫生活史微小生态环境适用于实验研究。
Objective To establish a mini -ecological environment for simulating life cycle of trematode Clonorchis sinensis. Methods The water pool with a volume of approximately 1m^3 was constructed, the aquatic plants were cultivated in a small stone toughly filled with soil at the pool bottom; the fresh water snail Parafossarulus striatulus and fresh water fish Pseudorasbora Parvawere were also fed in the pool. The snails and fish in of C. sinensis were deposited the pool were collected for ve in the water pool for the trematodal infections of rifying their infections of C. sinensis larvae. Resuits The cercariae infection rates of snail were 3.00% (3/100). 2. 50% (2/80) respectively in two dif- ferent examinations. The metacercariae infection rate of fish was 96. 67% (29/30) . Conclusion The life cycle of Clonorchis sinensis could be completed in the mimic ecological environment.
