贵州省荔波县全球基金疟疾项目实施效果分析

Effects of the Global Fund Malaria Project in Libo County of Guizhou Province

目的分析评价贵州省荔波县实施全球基金中国疟疾项目的效果,为开展消除疟疾工作提供经验。方法在强化技能培训、广泛开展宣传教育的基础上,以控制传染源为主,积极开展血检监测、病例治疗管理与疫点处置。结果疟疾发病率由项目实施前2009年的4.66/万下降到项目实施后2012年为0,流行范围也由之前的15个乡镇减少至0,居民防治知识知晓率提高了37.4%。结论荔波县在全球基金疟疾项目的支持下,疟疾防治基础得到加强,业务人员素质得到提高,居民防治知识知晓程度有了提高,疟疾流行得到有效控制,项目实施效果显著。

Objective To analyze and evaluate effects of the global vide experience for the elimination of malaria. Methods On the tensive propaganda and education, blood test monitoring, patient actively conducted with control of infectious sources as the major fund malaria project in Libo County and pro- basis of enhanced technique training and ex- management and epidemic site treatment are task. Results The incidence of malaria has been decreased from 4. 66/10 000 in 2009 before initiation of the project to 0 in 2012 after implementation of the project; the epidemic scope has also been reduced from 15 towns to none; residents＇awareness rate of pre- vention and control has been increased by 37.4%. Conclusion In Libo County, under the support of the global fund for malaria, the malaria control and prevention basis has been consolidated, quality of the service personnel has been improved, residents＇ awareness of prevention and control has been elevated, and preva- lence of malaria has been effectively controlled. The project has yielded notable effects.
