摘要
目的通过系统性的医院感染教育,提高医护人员对医院感染的应对能力,降低心理压力,促进医务人员的心理健康。方法以深圳市某三甲医院病房医护人员为研究对象,用整群随机抽样分成干预组和对照组,采用双盲法,对干预组实施系统性的医院感染教育,对照组实施传统的医院感染教育,干预后比较两组医护人员心理状况中应对方式、心理症状差异。结果干预后两组医护人员应对能力相较,系统干预组对医院感染采取解决问题、求助方式的积极应对方式得分比对照组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而采取自责、幻想、退避消极应对方式的得分明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组医护人员心理症状评分比较,系统干预组各项心理症状评分较对照组有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论系统性的医院感染教育能有效提高医护人员对医院感染的应对能力,缓解医护人员的心理压力,促进心理健康。
Objective Through the systematic education of nosocomial infection, improve the capability of medi- cal staff to response the nosocomial infection, reduce the psychological stress, and promote the mental health of staff. Methods There were top - level hospital medical staff as the subject, and they were divided into in- tervention and control group by the cluster random sampling. Based on the double blind principle, the inter- vention group was taken the systematic education and control group was taken the traditional education. The differences of response methods and psychological symptoms were compared between the intervention and con- trol group. Results Comparing the response capability of two groups, the intervention group has the higher positive response scores of solving problem and help method for the nosocomial infection than control group with the significant statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the remorse, fantasy and avoidance of negative re- sponse scores reduced with the significant statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Comparing the psychological symptoms scores after intervention, there were kinds of psychological symptoms scores of systematic education group higher than control group, with the significant statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The sys-tematic education of nosocomial infection could effectively improve the capability of medical staff to response the nosocomial infection, relieve the psycholog-ical stress and promote the mental health.
