云南省云县人民医院门诊患者土源性线虫检测结果分析

摘要 目的了解2014年在云南省云县人民医院门诊患者中开展土源性线虫监测情况。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法镜检虫卵。结果在统计分析的1002位门诊病人中,土源性线虫总感染率6.79%[95%可信区间(CI):5.34%-8.57%],其中蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫感染率分别为1.70%(95%CI:1.02~2.76)、4.69%(95%凹:3.50~6.24)和0.80%(95%CI:0.37—1.83)。学龄前(〈7岁)儿童感染率最高,15.63%(95%CI:9.81~23.09);与326岁年龄组比较,多因素Logistic回归分析调整后比值比(OR)为2.97(1.68-5.79)。感染无季节性差异(X^2=3.17,P=6743)。结论云南省云县人民医院门诊土源性线虫感染率学龄前儿童较高。 Objective To investigate soil - transmitted helminth infection in outpatients of People's Hospital of Yunxian County in Yunnan Provinee in 2014. Methods Using the modified Kato Katz thick smear microsco- py, stool samples were examined for helminth eggs. Results The total helminth infection rate was 6. 79% [95% confidence interval (CI) : 5.34 - 8.57% ) ] among 1002 statistically analyzed outpatients. The infec- tion rates of Ascaris lumbfieoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichiura were 1.70% (95 % CI: 1.02 -2. 76), 4. 69% (95% CI: 3.50 -6.24) and 0. 80% (95% CI: 0. 37 - 1.83), respectively. The highest infection rate was found in preschool children ( 〈7 years) , being 15.63% (95% CI: 9.81 -23.09). Compared to the age group of ≥ 26 years, the odds ratio (OR) following adjustment by multivariate Logistic regression analysis was 2. 97 (95%(7/: 1.68 -5.79) . No seasonal difference was found in infection (X^2 =3. 17, P = 6743 ). Conclusion The soil -transmitted helminth infection rate is high in preschool children in outpatients of Peopleg Hospital of Yunxian County in Yunnan Province.
