摘要 针对目前煤矿运用的监测电能质量状况的设备单一化,仅能监测一个或其中的若干性能指标等缺陷,开发设计了一套完整的矿用电网电能质量分析系统,包含软硬件的详细设计。硬件方面针对数据采集时信号干扰而引起的测量精度低等问题设计信号调理电路,软件设计是实现电能质量分析的核心重点开发设计了电压波动与闪变、电压暂降以及谐波分析计算等模块的软件程序,实现对煤矿供电系统电能质量的监测分析。最后将经过LabVIEW信号发生器生成的信号当做系统输入信号源对该系统进行实验,经过监测结果与理论值对比分析表明此分析系统测试精度满足要求。 Aiming at the present coal mine using the monitoring power quality status of the equipment simplification,only can monitor one or several of these performance indicators,development and designed a complete power quality analysis system,including the detailed design of hardware and software.The hardware design of the signal are conditioning circuit for the problem of low measurement accuracy caused by signal interference in data acquisition,Software design is the core of the power quality analysis of the development of key design and development of the voltage fluctuation and flicker,voltage sag and harmonic analysis calculation module software program to achieve power quality monitoring of coal power supply system analysis.Finally,the signals are generated by the LabVIEW signal generator as the system input signal source to experiment with the system,through the monitoring results and theoretical analysis of comparative analysis shows that the accuracy of the analysis system to meet the requirements.
