具有凭证属性的电子文件是机构信息资产、国家信息资源和社会历史记忆的重要组成部分。本文在梳理电子文件凭证性研究现状的基础上,分析电子文件凭证性研究的意义和价值,探讨电子文件凭证性研究的总体框架和主要内容,并结合云生态环境特点提出研究思路和技术路线,为系统研究云生态环境下电子文件凭证性保障的原理与方法奠定基础。

The electronic records with evident attribute is an important part of the information assets of the organization, the national information resources and the social historical memory. In this paper, the research status quo of electronic records＇ evidence is firstly indexed and analyzed, and then the research value and significance, research framework and content, research ideas and technical route are proposed, which are the foundation of the systematic study on the mechanism of electronic records evidence during the Cloud ecological environment.
