不同倾角下成品油顺序输送混油数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 为了能更好地认识管道成品油顺序输送停输时混油段变化特性,应用Fluent软件组分输送模型,对不同倾角下的成品油顺序输送停输进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果和导出数据进行分析。研究结果表明:停输时,重力和油品间的密度差是造成混油段特性变化的主要因素,管道倾角越大,柴油在重力势能高处时产生的自然对流使混油段长度明显增大且所需时间更短,汽油在重力势能高处时,管道倾角的增大对混油段的增加有抑制作用且混油段浓度分层与管道倾角一致。研究结果对减少和预防停输时混油段的产生和增加有一定借鉴作用。 In order to better understand the variation characteristics of mixed oil segment in pipeline oil transportation,with the aid of the professional fluid simulation software Fluent,the numerical simulation is carried out for oil transportation shutdown pipeline under different angles,with simulation results and the derived data analyzed.The results show that during shutdown,gravity and the density difference between oil is the main factor resulting in changes of characteristics of mixed oil segment.As pipe inclination angle goes larger,natural convection generated by diesel in high gravitational potential energy increases the length of mixed oil segment significantly,and the time required is even shorter.When the gasoline is in high gravitational potential energy,the increase of pipe inclination angle inhibits the increase of the mixed oil segment and the concentration layering of mixed oil segment is consistent with pipeline inclination angle.The results of the study provide reference for the reduction and prevention of mixed oil segment generation and increasing under shutdown.
