摘要 NCB式汽轮机在热电联产机组中得到广泛应用,论文分析研究了某燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组工况切换时的特性,结果表明由于切换过程中SSS离合器的啮合或脱开,低压转子轴向位移、轴瓦振动、轴瓦回油温度以及离合器回油温度均发生明显的变化。在工况切换的过程中应密切监视这些参数的变化并采取有效的措施保证机组的安全。所做工作对于指导机组的运行具有重要的工程应用价值。 The NCB turbine is widely used in cogeneration units. By analyzing the condition of a gas-steam combined cycle unit, it shows obvious variations of parameters, such as low pressure rotor axial displacement, low pressure rotor bearing vibration, return oil temperature and SSS clutch return oil temperature during SSS clutch engagement or disengagement. In order to ensure the safety of the unit, it is important to pay attention to the changes of these parameters and take effective measures during the tests. The paper has an important engineering application value for guiding the operation of the units.
