摘要
通过熔融共混挤出法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸-丁二酯(PBAT)/改性纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2)复合材料,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、旋转流变仪等仪器,对其结晶性能、流变特性等进行了研究。研究表明:随着改性纳米SiO_2填充量的增加,复合体系的熔融结晶温度(Tc)和熔融温度(Tm)逐渐降低,结晶度由26.81%增加到32.89%。对添加改性纳米SiO_2前后复合材料的流变性能进行了研究,并将线性流变学测试的结果与非线性流变学的结果进行了对比,考察Cox-merz关系式是否适用。
PLA/PBAT/modified nano-silicon-dioxide (nano-SiO2) composites were prepared by melt blending using a twin screw extruder. The crystallization, rheological and mechanical properties of these PLA/PBAT/nano-SiO2 composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), rotational rheometer, microcomputer control electronic tmiversal testing machine and plastic pendulum impact testing machine. The results show that the melt crystallization temperature (To) and the melting temperature (Tin) of the PLA/PBAT/SiO2 composites decrease as the content of nano-SiO2 increases. The degree of crystallinity of the PLA/PBAT/SiO2 composites is improved from 26.81% to 32.89%. The rheological properties of the composites before and after adding nano-SiO2 were studied. Linear and nonlinear rheological test results were compared to study the applicability of the Cox-merz correlation.
