贝前列素钠治疗X综合征的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of beraprost sodium in the treatment cardiac syndrome X

目的观察贝前列素钠治疗X综合征的治疗效果。方法选取X综合征患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组加用贝前列素钠治疗。于治疗前和治疗1个月后、3个月后、6个月后分别评估患者胸痛程度及频率、运动负荷试验,观察2组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后,观察组胸痛缓解有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组较对照组运动负荷试验中缺血阈值提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1个月后较治疗前缺血阈值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月及6个月后较治疗前缺血阈值均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中未见有出血、休克、间质性肺炎等严重不良反应发生,对照组中有2例出现颜面潮红症状。结论贝前列素钠可在常规冠心病治疗的基础上进一步改善X综合征患者胸痛症状,提高X综合征患者缺血阈值,是治疗X综合征的有效药物。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of beraprost sodium on cardiac syndrome X （CSX）. Methods 56 cases of patients with CSX were selected and divided into observation group（n = 28 ） and control group （n = 28 ）. The con- trol group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with routine treatment combining with heraprost sodium. The therapeutic efficacy was observed before treatment and 1 months,3 months ,6 months after treatment,including the extent and frequency of chest pain,exercise load test. And the adverse reactions were observed in 2 groups of patients. Results After 6 months of treatment,the rate of pain relief in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）. After 6 months of treatment,the ischemic threshold during exercise load test in observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the obser- vation group, the ischemie threshold during exercise load test between 1 months after treatment and before treatment was no sta- tistically significant difference （P〉 0. 05 ） ;after 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment, the ischemic threshold dur- ing exercise load test was higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically signij^cant （P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious ad- verse reactions such as bleeding,shock and interstitial pneumonia were found in the observation group. In control group ,2 cases of patients had facial flushing symptom. Conclusion The treatment combining with beraprost sodium on CSX can further relieve chest pain and improve the ischemic threshold. Beraprost sodium is an effective drug for treatment of CSX.
