食管癌调强放射治疗近期临床效果的观察及评估

Initial clinical effect observation and evaluation of intensity-modulated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer

目的观察食管癌调强放射治疗近期的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月-2010年12月收治的64例食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组32例,对照组实施三维适形放射治疗,观察组实施调强放射治疗,对比分析2组患者治疗期间的近期疗效与不良反应情况。结果观察组近期疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者应用调强放射的方式进行治疗,能够降低治疗期间的不良反应发生率,提高近期疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy in the early stage of esoph- ageal carcinoma. Methods 64 cases of patients with esophageal carcinoma treated in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by digital randomization method, each of 32 cases. The pa- tients in the control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the treatment group patients were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy. The adverse reactions and initial curative effects were compared between the 2 groups. Results During the treatment ,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The application of intensity modulated radiation therapy in patients with esophageal cancer can reduce the adverse reaction during treatment and improve the initial curative effect.
