超声引导下动脉穿刺置管的临床麻醉应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察超声引导下动脉穿刺置管在临床麻醉中的应用。方法 40例择期行食管癌根治术患者,随机分为超声组(B组,20例)在B型超声引导下行左手桡动脉穿刺置管,对照组(C组,20例)以传统触摸法行左手桡动脉穿刺置管。记录一次穿刺成功率、总失败率、穿透法置管率和血肿等并发症情况。结果 B组一次穿刺成功率高于C组(P<0.01);B组总失败率、穿透法置管率和血肿发生率低于C组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论超声引导下低年资麻醉医师动脉穿刺置管的成功率高,并发症少。 Objective To investigate the application of arteriopuncture guided under ultrasound. Methods 40 cases were undergone the elected radical operation of esophageal cancer were divided into two groups randomly, the B ultrasound group (group B, 20 cases ) that accepted the left radial artery was punctured by ultrasonic guidance and the control group (group C ,20 cases ) accepted traditional way by touching. The achievement ratio by one time, total failure ratio, the ratio of transmission method insert and the complication such as hematoma were recorded. Results The achievement ratio by one time is significantly higher in group B than group C (P 〈 0. 01 ). The total failure ratio, the ratio of transmission method insert and the incidence of hematoma in group B were significantly lower than that in group C (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The higher achievement ratio and the lower complication in arteriopuncture under ultrasonic guidance by junior anesthesia doctors.
