肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of kinesio taping treatment on external humeral epicondylitis

目的探讨使用肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年10月至2015年10月我院收治的70例肱骨外上髁炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为给予音频电、超声波治疗的对照组,给予音频电、超声波治疗联合肌内效贴治疗的研究组,每组均35例,比较2组患者的疼痛程度、肘关节功能和治疗效果。结果在治疗前,2组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及肘关节功能相关量表(PRTEE)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,研究组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后,研究组患者的PRTEE评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,在伸直度、屈曲度、旋前度及旋后度等指标上,研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,在治疗有效率上,研究组患者是100%,对照组是83%,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肱骨外上髁炎患者,给予肌内效贴治疗能够降低患者疼痛程度,改善肘关节功能,提高治疗效果,有一定的临床参考意义。

Objective To investigate the effects of kinesio taping treatment on patients with external humeral epicondylitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 70 cases with external humeral epicondylitis in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2015. According to the different treatment methods, those patients were divided into control group treated by sound frequency electricity therapy and ultrasonic wave treatment, and research group treated by sound frequency electricity therapy and ultrasonic wave combined with kinesio taping treatment. Each group had 35 cases. The pain degrees, elbow functions and treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS scores and PRTEE scores between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. After treatment, both VAS score and PRTEE score in re- search group were lower than the control group with a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, all of the indicators including straightness, curvature, pronation and supination degree of research group were better than those in the control group with the statistical significant difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment efficiency was 100% in the research group , while only 83% in the control group. The treatment efficiency in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group with the statistical significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with external humeral epicondylitis, kinesio taping treatment can reduce patients＇ pain degree, improve elbow function and treatment effect, showing certain clinical reference significance.
