机用ProTaper镍钛合金预备磨牙根管的临床评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨机用ProTaper镍钛合金预备磨牙根管的临床效果。方法 选择2013年3月至2014年8月在我科要求进行磨牙根管治疗的120例牙髓炎或根尖炎患者,采用随机数字法分为试验组(用ProTaper进行根管预备)和对照组(用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备),治疗后采用χ^2、t检验或秩和检验比较2组的预备时间、疼痛情况、预备和填充效果。结果 试验组的预备时间显著短于对照组(t=-16.273,P〈0.01);试验组发生1~4级疼痛的分布情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(U=2.018,P=0.107);试验组的预备优秀率(χ^2=6.508,P=0.011)和填充适充率(χ^2=6.815,P=0.033)均显著高于对照组。结论 使用机用ProTaper镍钛合金预备磨牙根管的效果好,并且安全、快速,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the quality of molar root canal preparation using ProTaper rotary instru- ments. Methods From March 2013 to August 2014, 120 adult patients with myeloid or apical periodontitis diag- nosed to receive root canal treatment were divided into two groups based on the randomly-paired principle. In the experimental group, root canals were prepared with ProTaper, and in the control group, root canals were prepared with stainless steel K file. After treatment, the preparation time, pain state, preparation and filling effect of the two groups were compared by chi square, t or rank sum test. Results Preparation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( t =- 16. 273, P d0. 001) ; the distribution of grade 1-4 pain in the experimental group compared with the control group is of no difference ( U = 2. 018, P : 0. 107);the preparatory excellent rates (x^2= 6. 508, P =0. 011) and fill the appropriate charge rate (x^2 = 6. 815, P : 0. 033) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Molar root canal preparation with rotary ProTaper files is convenient, effective, secure, and worthy of promotion.
