论当代教师道德生活的困境与自主成长:基于情感自觉的视角 被引量:24

On the Contemporary Teachers' Moral Life and Grow Independently:Perspective of Emotional Self-awareness

摘要 从来没有一个时代像今天如此需要对道德生活进行情感层面的深入的探求。从根本上说,人的本质正是其情感质量的表达。而长期以来,对道德生活的解读往往阻隔在真实情感之外,面对当下教师道德生活呈现出的可堪忧虑的情感-生命现状,教师道德生活向情感维度的转向迫在眉睫。基于情感自觉的视角,从情感-生命、情感基础、情感素养三个方面对教师道德生活的情感维度进行深入解读,以便探寻以教师支持性情感系统的培育为特征的促进教师道德生活的自主成长的路径。 There never was a time like today so need to search on the emotional level of moral life. In essence, the essence of man is the emotional expression of quality. For a long time, the view of moral life has been cut off outside the true feelings. Teachers' moral life urgently need transfer to the emotional level by facing the present teachers' moral life presenting the crisis of emotional-life. Based on the perspective of emotional self-awareness, we should interpret emotional dimension of teacher' s moral life from the emotional-life, emotional foundation, emotional quality. It' s going to be in order to explore the path of promoting the autonomous growth of teachers' moral life based on the teachers to nurture characteristics of supporting the emotional system.
